Is there anything else different than the potato when you run across I-90 in Idaho after passing Spokane, WA?
Down to earh Vietnamese food dishes taste like old time Saigon in the resort area. It's the only Vietnamese restaurant in town. You could pay double at any of your Vietnamese favor restaurant in USA for the quality and quantity of any dishes.
The owner is Sau V. Nguyen. He is 78 year old man but I will take my hat off of his cooking every 5 am in the morning everyday.
